The apartment is located in the quiet hamlet of Ullinish, near Dunvegan on Skye and has uninterrupted views towards Loch Bracadale, the majestic Cuillin hills and Oronsay Island. To the rear of the land, one can enjoy views towards the western isles and Macleods Tables.

The varied wildlife in the area include white tailed sea eagles, hen harriers, golden eagles, buzzards, kestrels, owls and a vast array of other garden birds. Most of these are attracted to the land because of the abundance of small mammals in the area and the well stocked bird feeders. Other wildlife that can be seen in the area includes dolphins, porpoise and otters.

Within a 20 minute drive of the property you will find the world famous Three chimneys restaurant, Talisker distillery, Talisker bay, Glen Brittle, Sligachan, Portree, Dunvegan Castle, Coral Beach, the Stein Inn and numerous other pubs, restaurants and shops.

All areas of Skye can easily be reached from this central location and for those who are visiting the Cuillin hills, with such a good view from the property, you can gauge what the weather is like at the summit. The owners are happy to check weather forecasts too.

Within walking distance of the property you will find The Ullinish Country Lodge Hotel, Oronsay Island (tidal), ancient Souterrain and Dun Beag. Struan Village is also within walking distance where you will find a post office, shop, Coffee shop/Book shop and Cioch Direct.

Whilst being attached to the owners accommodation, the property maintains a private feel with its own entrance, parking space and garden/BBQ area.
